Your family, your rules
Four rules, and they are all yours
You can love your family and still keep one hour to yourself. Here is how that works at Rill, in plain words.
You decide who knows
We do not tell anyone you are a client, family included, unless you ask us to. The limits are the ones the law sets, and we put them in writing before you start.
You choose how we reach you
Text, call or email, and the hours that are safe for you. If a phone is shared at home, tell us and we will leave messages short and plain.
You decide if anyone joins
Sessions are for you. A parent, a partner or a sibling can join only if you ask, and only for the part you choose.
You can say not today
Some subjects are heavy. You can skip one, come back to it later, or never raise it. Nobody keeps score.

Questions about family and privacy
I live with my parents. Is therapy still possible?
Yes. Keila is licensed in Florida, and video sessions can happen from a car, a park bench or a room with a door. Tell us what is safe and we plan around it.
Will you call my family?
No. We contact only you, in the way you chose.
What if my family wants to come?
That is your call. If you want them in a session, we plan it together first, and you can stop it at any time.
Does my family have to pay or know the fees?
No. You are the client and you pay for your sessions. Receipts go to you.
