What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached, the time and language that suit you, and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no session replay, no chat and no online scheduler. If you use the practice's portal for the intake form, that portal has its own privacy notice.

Messages to a family member's plan

If you ask an insurance plan to reimburse you, the plan decides what it sends and to whom. If you are covered by a parent's plan, its statements may go to the person who holds the policy. Ask the plan before you send anything.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hola@rillkissimmee.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
