Individual therapy
One hour a week that is only yours
For adults in their 20s and early 30s who want to talk through work, school, relationships and what their family expects.
Sessions are fifty minutes, in person on Emmett Street or by video. You talk, Keila listens and asks, and sometimes she offers a skill you can try before the next time. Some weeks are practical, others are just talking.
Fifty minutes
In person or by video
Spanish, English or both

What to expect
The method
Talk therapy that draws on cognitive behavioral skills: noticing a thought, a feeling and what you do next. Keila explains each tool before she uses it.
What this is not
Not medication, testing or a written evaluation, and not a place where anyone tells you what to do with your family. Rill can share names if you need those.
Length and frequency
Your clinician sets the pace with you. Many people start weekly or every other week, and you can change it. No set number of sessions is promised.
How it is paid
You pay for each session yourself, and your fee is given to you in writing first. The page on how fees work has the details.
Three questions about this
Do I have to talk about my family?
No. You choose what to bring. Family comes up often because it matters to many people here, but it is never required.
Can I switch between Spanish and English?
Yes, as often as you like, even in the same sentence.
Can we meet only by video?
Yes. In person and by video are both open, and you can switch between them.

Include the days and the language you would like. Leave medical details out of the message.
