Start in one, drift into the other. The forms, the messages and the receipts come in the language you pick, and you can change your mind at any point.

The method
The same talk therapy with practical skills, held in whichever language you choose. Keila explains each tool in both, if you like.
What this is not
Not a translation service, and not language lessons. If you need another language, we can share names of clinicians who work in it.
Length and frequency
Fifty minutes, at the pace you and Keila set together. Language does not change the schedule.
How it is paid

Do I have to pick one language?
No. Pick one to start, or none. Many people move between them.
Is the website in both languages too?
Yes. Every page has a Spanish twin, and you can switch at the top.
What if my Spanish is not perfect?
It does not need to be. Say it however it comes out.
